Raul Hidalgo has spent more than 15 years mastering every dimension of professional landscaping — from the precision of a clean lawn edge to the structural complexity of a hardscaped outdoor living space. His career is built on a simple conviction: that the outdoor environment around a home or business deserves the same level of care and craftsmanship as the interior.
Before founding Southern Landscape Management LLC, Raul served as Group Leader of the LandKeeping™ Division at Grunder Landscaping Co. — one of the most respected and nationally recognized landscaping operations in the Dayton, Ohio region. His leadership and technical expertise at Grunder earned him coverage in the Dayton Daily News, Lawn & Landscape magazine, and recognition from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP).
In January 2021, Raul launched Southern Landscape Management LLC with a clear mission: to deliver the same caliber of work he'd honed at a top-tier firm, but with the personal accountability and community focus that only a locally owned business can provide. The company quickly earned its BBB A+ accreditation and secured contracts with the City of Springboro — a testament to the trust Raul has built in the community.
Beyond client work, Raul and his team have contributed to the community in tangible ways — most notably volunteering to build and maintain the sensory garden at Clearcreek Elementary School in Springboro, a project recognized publicly by the Springboro Community Schools district.
Today, Southern Landscape Management serves residential and commercial clients across Springboro, Centerville, Miamisburg, and surrounding Warren County communities — offering landscape design, installations, lawn maintenance, outdoor lighting, seasonal services, outdoor structures, and Christmas light installation.
