1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at southernlandscape.co or using our client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Southern Landscape Management LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services including landscape design, installations, lawn maintenance, outdoor lighting, seasonal services, and outdoor structures in Springboro, Centerville, Miamisburg, and surrounding Warren County communities.

All service agreements, pricing, and scope of work are established through written quotes or proposals. Work begins only after written or digital approval of a quote.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided through our website contact form are not binding. A formal written quote will be provided after an on-site consultation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement or invoice. Standard terms are:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Recurring maintenance services are billed monthly
• Large installation projects may require a deposit prior to work commencement
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Recurring maintenance services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time service appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling is at our discretion and will be communicated promptly.

6. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Southern Landscape Management LLC permission to access the designated areas of your property to perform the agreed-upon work. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not marked by Ohio 811, or hazards not disclosed at the time of service agreement.

7. Plant Material Warranty

Installed plant material is warranted for one growing season under normal care conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from drought, flooding, pest infestation, vandalism, or improper care by the property owner after installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Southern Landscape Management LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Warren County, Ohio.
